ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
FINAL SALE NOTICE
All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
General Return Policy
Passerella does not offer refunds. Items returned within 30 days of delivery will be eligible for store credit only. Orders cannot be canceled more than 3 hours after being placed.
International return shipping, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Returned packages with unpaid duties will be refused. If packages are lost or returned because shipping courier and/or Mypasserella was not able to get hold of receiver, we are not responsible and will not refund your order.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Be in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

Must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered

Must include the original order confirmation and customer information inside the return package
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be subject to fees or may be rejected altogether.
Return Processing

All returned packages will be inspected upon arrival.

Store credit will be issued within 3–4 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customer Return Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. MyPasserella does not provide prepaid return labels.
• Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense using a carrier of their choice.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the return package is properly addressed and delivered to our return address.
• All return packages must include:
- Customer’s full name
- Order number
- Email address associated with the order
• Returns received without identifying information may experience processing delays or may not be eligible for store credit.
• MyPasserella is not responsible for returns lost, damaged, or delayed during transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Defective Items

If your item has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

If we are not contacted within this window, no credit will be issued.

Please note: All zippers and buttons are inspected before shipment — we do not accept returns for broken zippers or missing buttons.
Exchange Policy Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee the availability of items for exchange. Once store credit is issued, it may be used on any available item.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Such orders are not eligible for cancellation
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days (excluding expedited shipping). Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Return Shipping Disclaimer
Customers are solely responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

KLARNA RETURN POLICY
Orders placed through Klarna may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
