ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

ALL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Our boutique DOES NOT offer money back returns. Store credit will be applied ONLY to items returned to us within 10 days from the day you received your order. All orders placed online CANNOT be canceled after 3 hours of being placed.

All packages received will go through inspection and online credit will be applied (Please note it may take 3-4 business days after arrival and inspection for credits to be applied & will exclude shipping fees). All items MUST be in the same conditions received including tags and packaging. We CANNOT take fault for damaged or rewashed items. Damaged items will not be returned. If there are any manufacture defects in your order, you MUST notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. If defect is not reported within the 24 hour frame, credit will NOT be issued. (Note: Zippers and Buttons are inspected thoroughly prior shipment, therefore we DON’T take fault for broken Zippers or missing Buttons). Fees WILL apply to stains, odors, tears, or any wear and tear the item may have once we receive your package.

At Passerella our items are limited & therefore we cannot guarantee your item be available at the time you want to exchange. However, once online credit is applied you will be able to use freely.

Inside your returning package please enclose your order confirmation along your information that came attached with your order. If we do NOT receive this information inside your returning package, credit will NOT be applied to your account.

Shipping Policy:
We ship free on all orders over $75 U.S.D, anywhere in the United States.
Note:
– We DO NOT ship to P. O boxes.
– Internationally orders will have an international fee.
– We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking number has been issued, the costumer will assume all responsibility.
– If there is an undeliverable package due to incorrect address, we will contact you if shipped back to us but reattempt of delivery will be at the costumer’s expense. These orders will NOT be allowed to be canceled.

All orders all fulfilled within two business days unless special expedited shipping is applied. You will receive an email with your tracking number and order information once your order has been shipped. Allow 24 hours of receiving your email to allow your tracking information to be updated.
